If you're on Android, you need to go to:

Android Settings -> Apps -> All Apps -> Chaos Audio -> Permissions -> Location -> "Allow"

On Android, "Location" permissions are required to be allowed for any app that connects to a device over Bluetooth.

Also, please ensure that permissions are enabled for "Media and storage" if that permission is denied.
