When facing connection issues with Stratus, try the following:
- Make sure wireless communications (other than Wi-Fi and cellular data) are enabled in your smartphone or tablet settings.
- Close and re-launch the Chaos Audio app
- If you're having trouble on Android, please try these steps.
- Power cycle Stratus. Unplug from power, wait 10-15 seconds, and reconnect power. Once Stratus boots, attempt to pair your device again
