Our best advice for troubleshooting is:
1. Check your Bluetooth connection in the Chaos Audio mobile app if your pedal is not functioning as intended.
2. Restart Stratus and see if the issue is resolved.
- Unplug Stratus from power
- Wait 3-5 seconds
- Plug Stratus back in
3. Make sure your pedal's firmware is up to date using our desktop update tool.
4. Make sure your Chaos Audio mobile app is up to date.
